This
is about as nice a church history pamphlet as you are likely to find. It contains
all sorts of useful information about the Meeting (of course) and the surrounding
area. Readers should note that the section dealing with the “Great Road
to William Fosters” contains some inaccuracies. Otherwise, this is good
history.
People
familiar with the 1909 original and the 1959 republication will recall that
the pamphlet was illustrated with some photos. Don’t worry, they'll
get out here eventually. By the way, the 1909 edition has some photos that
were omitted in 1959. If anyone has the older edition (or access to the original
photos) and would be willing to let us scan them in, please
